This Odyssey Martial Arts Academy exclusive program is designed to develope beginner through advanced fitness levels. Odyssey Fitness is a fun and unique program for children & adults. Using several methods of developing fitness, the Odyssey Fitness program is sure to give you just what you are looking for! Here are some of the training tools that the Odyssey Fitness Program takes advantage of during training.

CORE BALL TRAINING

Core Ball training is used to help in developing lean toned muscles. Specifically the Ab's & Back.

 

FREE WEIGHT TRAINING

8lb Rubber Hex Dumbbells / Hand Weights (pair)

Free Weight training is used to define and tone upper Shoulder's & Back. As well as tone the Biceps, Triceps & Forarms.

 

RESISTANCE CORD TRAINING

Resistance Cord training is used to help develope stability muscle in the upper and lower body, also promoting better balance and joint range of motion moblity.

 

MOST IMPORTANT!

The Odyssey Fitness program is fun and does not make you to sore to go to work the next day! Most people stop participating in thier Fitness program because it is to hard and not fun to participate in. ODYSSEY FITNESS HAS THE CURE!
