He has trained in Martial Arts styles such as Brazilian "Gracie" Jiu-Jitsu, Wing-Chun Gung-Fu, Muay Thai Kick-Boxing, Escrima Stick & Dagger Arts, Capoeira, Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do and many more. John has coached and built countless Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & Grappling champions and his team has competition record of 26-1.
